# How do I enable language translation for PDFs?

**Overview**

In XTEN-AV, you can enable language translation for PDFs to help convert document content into a preferred language.

* Open the required proposal or document in the **X-DOC editor**.
* Click on the **Settings** option available left side of the page.

* Click on **Page** under the **Preset Style Settings** section.

* Click on the **Yes** option to apply the language translation.
