# How do I download the Inventory Management document in X-DOC?

**Overview**

You can download the **Inventory Management** document in **X-DOC** to view, edit, or maintain your inventory data offline.

* From the x.doc dashboard, click the **Action** button and select **Inventory Management** option.

* On the **Inventory Management** page, click the **Action** button located on the right side of the screen.

* Select either **Download XLS** or **Download PDF** based on your preferred file format.
