# How do I customize table body styles?

**Overview**

In XTEN-AV, you can customize table body styles in the X-DOC editor to control the appearance of data rows within tables.

* Open the required proposal or document in the **X-DOC editor**.
* Click on the **Settings** option available left side of the page.

* Click on **Table** under the **Preset Style Settings** section.

* Locate the **Body** under the **Table** section.

* Customize the available options as needed:
* **Font Family** – Select the desired font style for table body text.
* **Color** – Choose the text color for the table body content.
* **Vertical Border** – Choose the color and set the border thickness as required (e.g., 1, 2, etc.).
* **Bottom Border** – Choose the color and set the border thickness as required (e.g., 1, 2, etc.).

* Review the applied changes in the table preview.

* Click on **Save Changes** to apply the updated styling.
