# How do I create a Service Call using the '+' button in mobile app?

**Overview**
The **+ (Add)** button in the X-PRO Mobile App allows you to quickly create a new Service Call. You can enter all the necessary information, assign a technician, and save the Service Call directly from your mobile device.

**Steps** **to** **Create** **a** **Service** **Call**

* Open the X-PRO Mobile App and navigate to the X-PRO section.

* In the X-PRO section, tap the X-PRO Installation option located at the top of the screen.

* After clicking on X-PRO Installation, select the X-PRO Service tab located at the bottom of the screen.

* After selecting the X-PRO Service tab, the X-PRO Service Dashboard will be displayed.

* Tap the Calls section to Create a new service calls.

* Tap the **+ (Add)** button located in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

* Enter the required Service Call details, such as: Associated Project, Issue Name, Service Call Reason, Priority, Assigned Technician, Service type.

* After tapping **Next**, enter the service address, then tap **Schedule Service Call** to create the service call.

* After completing these steps, the service call will be created successfully.
