# How do I create a new Service Call from the mobile app?

Open the **XTEN-AV Mobile App** and tap the **X-PRO** option located in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

You will be redirected to the **X-PRO** section. Tap the **X-PRO Installation** title at the top of the page to access the installation options.

From the bottom of the page, the available options will appear. Tap **Service** to view all available Service Projects associated with your account.

Click on the **Calls** option available at the top of the screen. A list of all **X-PRO Service Projects** will be displayed, organized into different sections based on their current stage.

Click the **+ (Plus)** icon to create a new service call located at bottom right corner of the page.

A pop-up window will appear where you can enter the details of the service call you want to create. 

After filling in the required information, click the **Next** button located at the bottom of the page to continue.

Next, enter the site address, and then click the **Schedule Service Call** button to create the service call.

The newly created service call will be displayed in the section corresponding to its current stage.
