# How do I create a copy of an X-DOC template?

* From the main dashboard, click the **X-DOC** tab, then select **Templates** from the left-hand navigation menu to view your saved templates.

* You will be redirected to the **Manage** **Templates** page. Under the **My** **Templates** section select **Proposal** option,  you can view all the X-DOC templates you have created and saved.

* Hover over the template that you would like to replicate. Click the **three-dot menu** and select the **Replicate Template** option from the list that appears.

* A pop-up window will appear. Enter a name for the copied template, then click the **Create** button to generate the replicated template.

* The newly created replicate of the template will be visible in the **My Templates** section.
