# How do I change PDF page orientation?

**Overview**

In XTEN-AV, you can change the PDF page orientation. This allows you to switch between portrait and landscape layouts based on your document requirements.

**Method 1**

* To change the page orientation in the current proposal, navigate to the **Page Orientation** section on the right side of the page.
* Select the required orientation

* A confirmation pop-up will appear; click on the **Change** option to proceed.

* The page will immediately update to the selected orientation.

**Method 2**

* Open the required proposal or document in the **X-DOC editor**.
* Click on the **Settings** option available left side of the page.

* Click on **Page** under the **Preset Style Settings** section.

* Select the required page orientation under **SELECT PDF PAGE ORIENTATION**.

* Click on **Save Changes** to update the document.

* A confirmation pop-up will appear; click on the **Change** option to proceed.
