# How do I Assign a Design to a Location?

Assigning a design to a location helps organize your project by grouping designs under specific buildings, floors, rooms, or areas. This makes it easier to manage and navigate projects with multiple locations.

**Steps** **to** **Assign** **a** **Design** **to** **a** **Location**

* Navigate to **Projects** from the left navigation menu.

* Select the project.
