# How do I access more options for a proposal on mobile app?

**Overview**

The **More Options** menu provides quick access to additional actions you can perform on a proposal, such as moving it to another stage, sharing it, sending it for approval, viewing activity logs, assigning tags, downloading it as a ZIP file, or deleting it.

**Steps** **to** **Access** **the** **More** **Options** **Menu**

* Open the X-PRO Mobile App and navigate to the **X-DOC** section.

* The **X-DOC Dashboard** will open, displaying your proposals and other available document.

* Tap the **More Options (⋮)** icon next to the proposal.
