# How can users deactivate their XTEN-AV account entirely?

**Overview**

Users can deactivate their XTEN-AV account entirely by accessing their account settings and initiating the account deactivation process. Only users with the **Super Admin** role can perform this action, ensuring that account deactivation is securely controlled and not accessible to standard users.

If you no longer wish to continue your subscription, you can deactivate it from your account settings. Cancellation will stop future billing based on your subscription plan.

**Steps** **to** **Cancel** **Subscription**

* Click the **profile icon** in the top-right corner, then select **My Account** from the menu.
