# How can organizations cancel XTEN-AV subscriptions?

**Overview**

Organizations can cancel their XTEN-AV subscriptions directly from their account settings. The cancellation process ensures that future billing is stopped while the subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

**Steps** **to** **Cancel** **Subscription**

* Click the **profile icon** in the top-right corner, then select **My Account**.

* Review your current plan details. Click on **Cancel** and confirm the cancellation when prompted.

| Notes: Only Super Admin can cancel a subscription.
