# How Can I View All Tasks Across All Projects in Monthly Format?

**Overview**
The Monthly Calendar View in X-Pro allows you to see tasks from all projects in a single calendar, making it easier to track schedules, deadlines, and resource assignments across your organization.

**Steps** **to** **View** **All** **Tasks** **in** **Monthly** **Format**

* From the main dashboard, navigate to the X-PRO section. Under the Installation menu, select Dashboard to access your project management tools and features.

* From the X-PRO Dashboard, click the Kanban View option located on the right side. Then, select Calendar View to display all tasks and activities in a calendar format.
