# How can I stop daily update mails from XTEN-AV?

**Overview :**

If you are receiving **daily update emails** from XTEN-AV and would like to stop them, you can manage your email notification preferences from your account settings.

**Step**-**by**-**Step:** **How** **to** **Disable** **Daily** **Update** **Emails**

* On the XTEN-AV dashboard, click on your **Profile icon** in the top-right corner and select **My Account** from the dropdown menu.

* After clicking on **My Account**, you will be redirected to your Profile page. From there, click on the **Edit** button.

* Disable the **Account** **Notifications** option and click on the **Done** button to save changes.
