# How can I Share Project with co-worker?

**Overview**

Sharing a project with a co-worker allows them to view, edit, or manage the project based on the permissions you assign. This helps teams collaborate efficiently on designs, BOMs, tasks, proposals, and documentation.


* On the project page, click **Share with Co-worker** under the **Actions** tab.

**Second** **Method**:

* Open the project you want to share, then on the right side of the project page under **Collaboration**, click **Share with Co-worker**.

* A pop-up window will appear—select the teammate(s) you want to share the project with, then click the **Share** button.

| Notes: Only users with proper permissions (Admin/Project Owner) can share projects. The co-worker must already have an active account. You can modify or revoke access at any time.
