# How can I share my account with other users?

**Overview**

You can share an account with other users by assigning it to a group or ensuring users have access to the same group. This allows multiple users to view and manage the same account within the platform.

* From the XTEN-AV dashboard, click on the **Account** option.

* Locate the account you want to edit from the list. Click on the  **Gear** or **Actions** menu next to the account, then select the **Edit** option.

In the account settings, locate the Group field. Assign the account to the desired group or add it to an all group. Click **Save** to apply the changes.

| Notes: Make sure the users you want to share the account with are part of the same group. Users within the same group will automatically have access to the account.
