# How can I resolve issues with products not appearing in my rack elevation?

**Overview**
In **X-DRAW**, sometimes products may not appear in the Rack Elevation view due to mismatched libraries, missing assignments, or display settings. This guide helps you troubleshoot and resolve such issues so that all your products appear correctly.

* Navigate to the **BOM** page and select the product that is not visible in the **Rack Layout**. Then, click on the **Edit** button located below the product name.

* The **Update Product Details** window will appear. Then click on the **Additional Info** section and enter the rack unit value in the **No. of Rack Units** field.

* Scroll down, select the **Re-draw Device** option, and then click on **Add Product** to save the changes.

* Then open the **View Docs** page and hover over the **Automated Rack Layout** tile. Click on the **three-dot (⋮) menu**, and select the **Re-Generate** option to update the changes in the rack layout.

* Once the process is complete, the updated Automated Rack Layout will open in the **X-DRAW Editor**.
