# How can I reset my password and ensure my account is secure?

**Overview**

Resetting your password helps you regain access to your account and maintain security.

* Go to the XTEN-AV login page. Click on the **Forgot Password** option.

* Enter your registered email address. Then, click on the **Send Email** option.

* Follow the instructions received in your email to reset your password.

* Set a new password, click on the **Submit** option, and then log in to your account.
