# How can I check whether the X-PRO service is activated on my account?

* On the XTEN-AV dashboard, click on your **Profile icon** in the top-right corner and select **My Account** from the dropdown menu.

* Once you click on **My Account**, you will be redirected to the account page where you can view your X-Pro subscription details.
