# How can I access all projects created by my colleagues?

**Overview**


In XTEN-AV, access to projects created by your colleagues depends on **project sharing and user permissions**. If a project is shared with you or if you have the appropriate workspace access, you will be able to view and work on those projects.

**Steps** **to** **Access** **Projects** **Created** **by** **Your** **Colleagues**

* Navigate to the **Projects** section from the main dashboard and select **Shared** **Projects**.

* Look for projects that have been **shared with you by your colleagues**. Click on the project name to open and view its details, drawings, BOM, and other project-related information.
