# How can admins create new user groups?

**Overview**

XTEN-AV allows Admins to create Groups to organize users and manage settings such as currency preferences. Groups help streamline user management and ensure consistency across projects and proposals.

* Please click on the profile icon at the **top-right corner** of the screen, then select the **“User & Group Management”** option from the dropdown menu.

* Please select on the **Groups** option, and then click on **Create Group** button

* A pop-up window will appear where you need to enter the **Group Name** and select the **Group Currency**.

* After filling in the required details, click on the **Add Group** button to create the group

* The newly created group will be visible under the **“Group”** section.
