# How can admins assign X-PRO add-on access during user invitations?

**Overview**

In XTEN-AV, admins can assign X-PRO add-on access during the user invitation process to ensure selected users receive advanced feature permissions from the moment they join the organization.

* Click your **profile icon** in the top-right corner of the screen. Select **Users & Groups Management.**

* After clicking on it, Click the **Invite** button.

* Enter the **email address** of the user you want to add. Select the appropriate **User Role** and **Group** for the user. 
* Select the **X-PRO add-on access** option during the invitation setup.
* Click on** Invite** to grant access with the selected add-on permissions.

| The invited user will receive an email invitation to join the XTEN-AV platform. Once they accept the invitation, they will be added as a user on your account.
