# Does XTEN-AV support importing Products data from external platforms?

Yes, you can import your product data from external platforms into XTEN-AV. Please follow the steps below:

1. Click on **Settings** from the profile section at the top-right corner.

2. Once you click on it, you will find the **Import Data** option under the **Data Management** tab.

3. Click on the **Product** option to import companies or organizations you do business with.

4. After clicking on it, you will be redirected to a page where you can **select a group to assign your products** from the dropdown menu. This helps you organize and manage your products efficiently.

5. After selecting the group, click the **Next** button.

6. Once you have selected an option, click on **Choose a File** to upload your file, or drag and drop the file into the upload area. You can upload files in **XLSX** or **CSV** format.

7. After clicking on it, a file browser window will open where you can select your file and then click the **Open** button.

8. After selecting the file, click the **Submit** button.

9. After submitting the file, a pop-up message will appear stating that you will receive an email once your request has been processed.

14. Once you submit the request, you can monitor the status of your import request under **Import History** within the **Import Data** section.
