# Can user data be transferred without deleting the original account?

If you would like to transfer data without deleting the original account, please contact XTEN-AV Support.

When submitting your request, please provide:
* The full name of the user whose data needs to be transferred.
* The email address associated with the account.
* Clear instructions specifying the destination account (name and email address) to which the data should be transferred.

Our backend team will review the request and assist you with the data transfer process.
