# Can I view items Category Wise items in Rooms & items page/client PDF? 

**Introduction**

In X-DOC, you can view items categorically in the **Rooms & Items** page or **client PDF**.  This feature allows you to organize your items based on their categories, making navigating through the proposal easier for you and your clients.

**Viewing Category-Wise Items in the Rooms & Items Page/Client PDF**

* In the proposal editor, click on the **Rooms & Items** section.

* After clicking on this, select **Rooms & Items Settings** from the right-hand panel.

* In the settings panel, select **Yes** for **Show Items Categorically**, then click **Save and Close** to apply your changes.

* Once saved, you can view category-wise items under the **Rooms & Items** section on the x.doc editor page.

* On the right side of the settings panel, you can customize the category heading by adjusting the **Background Color**, **Font Color**, **Font Size**, **Font Style** under the **Frame** option.
