# Can I Upload an Existing Agreement into X-PRO Service?

**Overview**
Yes, X-PRO Service allows you to upload an existing agreement and manage it directly from the **Agreements** section. This helps you keep all your customer agreements organized and track their status from a centralized location.

**Steps** **to** **Upload** **an** **Existing** **Agreement**

* Navigate to the Main Dashboard, click on **X-PRO**, and then select the **Service** option from the menu.

* In the top-right corner of the page, click **Create**. From the dropdown menu, select **Create Service Agreement**.

* After clicking **Create Service Agreement**, you will see an options to **Upload Existing Agreement**. Click on the Upload Existing agreement.

* Browse and select the agreement file from your device.
* Enter any required agreement details.
* Complete the upload process

* Once the file is uploaded, click **Next** to proceed.

* Click on the Create Agreement and fill in the required agreement information, such as Service project details, agreement name, group, account and contact. Review the information and Create the agreement.
