Can I share my project with another XTEN-AV user?

Overview

Yes, XTEN-AV allows you to share your projects with other XTEN-AV users. This feature helps teams collaborate by giving colleagues access to view or work on the same project.

Steps to Share a Project

On the project page, click Share with Co-worker under the Actions tab.

Second Method:

Open the project you want to share, then on the right side of the project page under Collaboration, click Share with Co-worker.

A pop-up window will appear—select the teammate(s) you want to share the project with, then click the Share button.

While sharing the project with another user, please ensure that the user is part of the same organization (subscription).
