# Can I invite my team members and assign them roles?

Inviting users to the XTEN-AV platform is simple and helps you collaborate efficiently with your team. Follow the steps below to get started:

Click on the **profile icon** in the top-right corner to open the dropdown menu. From there, select **Users & Groups Management**.

Once you’re in the **Users & Groups Management** section, find and click on the **Invite Users** button to proceed.

A pop-up window will appear where you can enter the details of the user you’d like to invite. 

From there, select the appropriate **User Role** and **Group** based on the level of access required, and assign the user to the relevant group.

If you’d like to invite multiple users at once, click on the **Add Users** button to include additional email addresses. 

Then, repeat the process of entering the required details for each user.

Once you’ve added all the users, click on the **Invite** button to send out the invitations.

| **Note: Invited users will receive an email invitation prompting them to join the XTEN-AV platform. They will need to follow the instructions in the email to accept the invitation and create their accounts.**
