# Can I Delete a Room in the Proposal?

**Introduction**

In **x.doc**, you can delete rooms from your proposal to better organize and manage its structure.

**Deleting a Room**

* Navigate to the **Rooms & Items** page and select the room you wish to delete.

* Click the **Action** icon **(three dots)**, then select **Delete Room** from the dropdown menu.

* A confirmation dialog will appear. Click **Yes, I am Sure** to confirm the deletion.

* Once deleted, the selected room and all products within it will be removed from your proposal.
