# Can I Create a Design using an Existing Template?

**Overview:**
Yes, XTEN-AV allows you to create a new design using an existing template. This helps streamline your workflow by reusing predefined layouts, products, and configurations.

**Steps to Create a Design from a Template:**

* You can create a design using **X-DRAW templates** by clicking the **X-DRAW** tab and then selecting **Templates** from the left navigation menu.

* Once you click on it, you will be redirected to the **Templates** page, where multiple predefined templates are available such as Meeting Room, Auditorium. You can select a existing template as per your requirements.

* Hover your cursor over any template to view available options. You will see the following options:

1. **Preview:-** You can view the entire template before selecting it.
2. **Use**:- You can create a design using the template

* After clicking the **Use** button, you will be redirected to the design creation page. Enter the required details and then click **Create Design**.

* After clicking **Create Design**, you will be redirected to the **Bill** **of** **Material** (BOM) page, where you can **search and add products** to your design.
