Can I assign category wise cable IDs?
Yes, you can assign cable IDs according to category and have a uniform cable ID format and style.
Click on the 'Settings' option, in the top right profile area. Once you click on it, you will find the 'Cable & Signal Settings' option under the 'X-DRAW settings' tab.
In order to assign a uniform style and cable Ids format for a category (signal type), check the 'Category wise Cable ID' toggle button. And assign style and cable IDs format.
Click on the 'Save' button to save your changes.
Open the line schematics in the X-DRAW editor. Make the cable connection between the source and destination and now you can view cable IDs.
You can also modify the cable IDs by double-clicking on the cable between the source and destination.
You can view the updated cable setting after connecting the ports by clicking 'Pull Cable Settings' under 'Cable Settings'.
Click on the 'Save' button to save your changes.
