# Can different logos be assigned to different proposals, and project document?

**Objective**

Yes, XTEN-AV allows users to use different company logos for different proposals, and project document.


* Click on the **profile icon** in the **top-right corner**. From the menu that appears, select **Settings**.

* You will be redirected to the **Settings** page. Click on **Organization Settings**. A dropdown list of options will appear. From the list, select **Organization Logo**.

* From the Logo section, select the logo you want to use for a specific project or drawing and mark it as the default before generating the drawing or document.

## Important Notes

* You can switch between different logos from the Organization Logo section whenever required.
* The selected/default logo will appear in newly generated proposals, and project documents.
* Previously exported files may need to be regenerated to reflect the updated logo selection.
* Supported logo formats include PNG, JPG, and JPEG.
