# Can a single pricing file apply to multiple groups?

Yes. In XTEN-AV, a single dealer pricing file can be assigned to multiple user groups, allowing organizations to maintain a consistent pricing structure across different teams.

Once a dealer pricing file is uploaded and successfully processed, it becomes available as a pricing set within the platform. Administrators can then assign the same pricing set to multiple groups based on organizational requirements.

This approach helps ensure that all assigned groups use the same standardized pricing data, resulting in:

* Accurate and standardized project costing
* Reduced administrative effort by eliminating the need to manage separate pricing files for each group
