# Billing Locations for User's Time

### Overview

Billing Locations in X-PRO allow you to track and assign user time entries to specific project locations for accurate billing and reporting. This feature ensures that time logged by users is properly categorized based on where the work was performed.

* Open the relevant **Project** in X-PRO.

* In the **Project Dashboard**, click on **“BOM Details.”** Then select the **“Labor”** option from the section below.

* Billing based on field user time can be managed through the **BOM (Bill of Materials) Details** section in the **X-PRO Project** module. Within this section, click on **“Add Labor Details,”** enter the required information, and then click **“Save”** to apply the changes.

* When creating a timesheet entry, mark it as **billable** to ensure the user’s time is recorded accurately and billed to the correct project or location.
